That depends on what you buy! There are no subscriptions and no hidden fees. Simply pay for the products you would like to buy and pay for that. We ask you to pay for shipping if you are taking advantage of our Swap Guarantee, otherwise the product is all you pay for.

All of our experts are either licensed estheticians with decades of experience, dermatologists, or certified skincare educators/teachers. At Bottlecode, we insist that all of our expertise is highly qualified and able to recommend from a place of education and science.

We break your entire regimen down on a step-by-step guide included with your products, so there's no need to second guess whether you're using a product correctly. You can also access a digital version of your regimen guide on your Account Dashboard whenever you need it.

There's no such thing as instant gratification when it comes to skincare. It takes time and consistency, so we ask that you use new products for a minimum of 14 days. If something isn't working after 30 days, our Swap Guarantee means we'll swap the product for free. We only ask that you cover shipping.

To ensure 100% satisfaction, all of our products are backed by our Swap Guarantee. There's no such thing as instant gratification when it comes to skincare. If you don't love a product that you purchased from us after that, we'll swap it for something else of equal value at no additional cost for the new item and you can even keep the old one—we only ask that you cover the $4.99 shipping fee.
